At Installationsgruppen, we exclusively work with sales, design, project management, and installation of telecommunication, data, fiber, alarm systems, video surveillance, and indoor coverage for 4G, 5G, and RAKEL. Installationsgruppen manages and installs physical infrastructure. The installations vary in scope from complete turnkey projects to smaller service jobs. Installationsgruppen has extensive experience with complex projects and a strong customer focus. The business is growing, and we need to hire more competent employees.

Service Technician Tele-Data-Fiber

Are you passionate about technology and customer service?

As a Service Technician at Installationsgruppen, you will primarily work with installations, service, and maintenance of telecommunication, data, and fiber network solutions for our customers in the Greater Stockholm area. You will plan and schedule jobs independently, as well as issue work orders and report back. Troubleshooting and problem-solving are also part of the job. Therefore, you will have a lot of customer contacts and close collaboration with other technicians and customer service staff. This means that both your technical and social skills will be utilized, and it is likely that you want to leverage that combination in your next challenge.

We are looking for someone who has successfully worked with similar tasks. Alternatively, you may have worked with other technical installations in related industries but have a strong drive to learn what you do not know today. Regardless of your background, you need to be a productive person who is used to delivering high-quality service with satisfied customers as a result. Your strong work ethic and natural service mindset are second nature to you. We assume that you are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
